Springtacular wrapped up and now it’s time to get ready for the 2017 Fremont
County Fair!

Meet this year’s Fair Royalty:
2017 Queen - Becca Weber
Becca is the 20-year-old daughter of
Ron and Becki Weber. She has competed in the fair since she was eight and has
many fond memories surrounding the fair and its many events. She has attended
Casper College since the fall of 2015 and will transfer to West Texas A&M
this fall to finish her bachelor’s degree in Agriculture Education. Becca has
been raised on her family ranch around commercial Hereford cattle. In this
lifestyle, she soon developed a love for agriculture, rodeo and the people
involved. Becca has come to understand the true importance of the future of
agriculture, and the hard work involved. She is very excited to serve the
Fremont County Fair and Rodeo as the 2017 queen.
2017 Queen
1st Attendant - Jasmyne Bryant
Jasmyne is the 20 year old daughter
of Preston and Mandi Bryant. She is currently enrolled at Central Wyoming
Community College, majoring in Equine Science, Equine Management, and Business
Management. She plans on furthering her Equine Science degree and getting her
bachelors as a physical therapist for horses. Growing up Jasmyne was part of
4-H, FFA, played basketball, swam, and ran track. While not being at school or
working you can find her shooting guns or bows, hunting, fishing, boating,
camping. Out of the years Jasmyne has rodeoed and been part of the NBHA, WHSRA
and other rodeo series, she has learned life lessons and made memories that
will last a lifetime.
2017 Junior Queen - Bailey Baxter

Bailey is the 16 year old daughter
of Marilyn and Eric Baxter. She is a sophomore at Riverton High School where
she enjoys learning and playing soccer. Bailey enjoys sports, hiking, camping,
and hunting. She is a member of Central Wyoming Performance Horse Club where
she and her horse, Aleyah, have won all-around high point for the past two
years. Bailey is also an active member of her 4H club where she serves as the
current secretary and participates in horse showing and judging. Bailey would
like to thank her family and friends, her biggest supporters, and is looking
forward to making memories with you at this year’s Fremont County Fair and
Rodeo.
2017 Junior Queen 1st Attendant -
Maci Post
Maci is the 15 year old daughter of
Mat and Donna Post. Maci will be a junior at Riverton High School and is active
in FFA where she serves as a chapter officer. She also participates in 4H. She
shows pigs and lambs, as well as participating in photography, quilting, and
cake decorating at the fair and she has served as Fremont County Royalty in
past years. Maci will also be playing basketball and soccer for the Riverton
Wolverines and is looking forward to continuing with roping throughout the
summer. Maci is excited to be your 2017 Jr Queen 1st Attendant, representing
Fremont County.
2017 Princess Jazlynn Dickinson
Jazlynn is the 14 year old daughter
of Chorissa Dickinson and will be a freshman at Riverton High School this fall.
Jazlynn enjoys spending time with her family and friends. Her favorite things
to do are ride and show her horses. During fair she shows dairy goats, pigs and
horses. Jazlynn is an active member in many groups such as 4-H, she plans to
attend college and become a civil engineer. Jazlynn looks forward to serving as
your 2017 Fremont County Fair and Rodeo Princess.
2017
Ambassador - Keegan Thacker
Keegan is the 14-year-old son of
Darien and Dawn Marie Thacker and is from Shoshoni. Keegan is an active member
of the Barn Bums 4H club and the Shoshoni FFA. He enjoys raising and showing
his registered Hereford hogs, trail riding, showing horses and participating in
gymkhanas and rodeos. Some of his school activities include track, basketball
manager and junior high band, where he plays trumpet and low brass. The fair is
the highlight to Keegan’s summer. He has participated in everything from
photography, cooking and the static entries over the years, but some of his
favorite things to do at fair include showing dogs, horses and hogs. He hopes
you have a great experience at the fair!
