Fiddle Contest, Alligators, Carnival
Fair is just 7 days away!
Saturday kicks things off with the twilight parade at 6 then
Hogs N’ Mud Wrestling at 7:30. The first official day of the Fremont County
Fair is the 27.
The fiddle contest is also going on Saturday. The contest
starts at 9 in the morning with a judges and contestants meeting and the
contest starts at 9:30.
Last year the shark show made its way to Fremont County and
this year alligators will make their way here. Kachunga and The Alligator Show
will be at the fair July 27 through August 1. Kachunga and The Alligator Show
is fun, educational, and safe to watch. Check out their website, http://kachunga.com/about.html.
The Midway Carnival Attractions will make its way to the
Fremont County Fair on July 28. Tickets for the carnival are on sale on and can
be purchased online, at the Fair Office, or at a Pit Stop Travel Center in
Fremont County. The carnival begins Tuesday the 28 at 6 p.m. and will run until
Aug. 1. Following is the Midway Carnival Attractions schedule:

Skid Steer Rodeo Entries and Horse Show
There are just 13 days until fair! Don’t forget that late
entries are due this Friday with a $10 fee. Friday is also when entry tags will
be ready for pick up!
This Friday is also the deadline for the Skid Steer Rodeo. If
you want to compete drop off your entry form by Friday with $50. There is only
room for 12 operators and you have a
valid Wyoming driver’s license and be 18
years or older. Cash prizes will be awarded for the top three places. Operators
will also receive a T-Shirt for competing!
The horse show is also this weekend as well! Events start at
9 a.m. with the Open and Youth Dressage Show. Here’s a look at the schedule for
the horse show.
